Rental Application
Each applicant, 18 years or older, must submit a separate application with a $35 application fee. For Student Applications $35 per student and $35 per guarantor. Your application will not be submitted until this payment is received. Application fees are nonrefundable.
If your application fee is returned as non-sufficient funds, you will be charged a fee of $35
Each application and fee must be submitted separately.
If you’ve been convicted of a felony within the past 7 years we will not be able to approve you.
If an eviction action has been filed against you, please call our office prior to submitting an application.
